Allow us to take you on an unforgettable journey of food and wine with the Moana Surfrider’s signature dinner series PAIRINGS. Set oceanfront at beachhouse at the moana, each PAIRINGS dinner will feature a celebrity winemaker, brewmaster or master distiller to proudly present their craft while sharing their passion and inspiration behind the art of making wine.
On Saturday, March 25 Master Sommelier Patrick Okubo will host, sharing wines from featured Cakebread Cellars, a family-owned Napa Valley winery known internationally for its Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc wines.
Moana Surfrider’s Chef de Cuisine David Lukela and Executive Pastry Chef Nanako Perez Nava will prepare five complementary dishes to match each wine as a perfect pair. Mark your calendars and join us for an immersive evening to delight the palate and excite the senses.
